Jesus Christ at the Centre of Our Lives, Our Community, and Our Worship
Cornerstone Church Uckfield is a local ecumenical partnership between the United Reformed and Methodist churches serving the town of Uckfield and surrounding villages in East Sussex.
All are welcome to join us for worship which usually takes place on Sunday mornings at 10:30. Tea and coffee are served in the church hall following the service. Our services last for around an hour and are accompanied by traditional hymns. We take Holy Communion in either the Methodist or URC style around once a month.
We are an inclusive church which celebrates and affirms every person and does not discriminate. We challenge all discrimination against people on grounds of disability, economic power, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, learning disability, mental health, neurodivergence, or sexuality. We believe in a Church which welcomes and serves all people, proclaiming the Gospel in the name of Jesus Christ.
We can be found towards the southern end of Uckfield, at the Framfield Road/Bridge Farm Road traffic lights.
